Easy Swedish WestCoast Kelp Ice Cream

This may be the easiest to make ice cream on the planet and also the greenest. You can make this recipe with all kinds of fruit, but since kelp mixes well with banana, you go bananas. Colorful combination? Go with strawbwerries. Can you guess what color the ice cream will become?. 5 bananas, chopped, 50 ml applesauce, 100 gr dark chocolate,

200 ml creamer, 20 gr fresh mint leaves, 2 teaspoons westcoast kelp powder, pinch of vanilla powder. Put the banana pieces in a plasic container and scoop the apple sauce into an ice-cube tray. Freeze both for a couple of hours. Chop the chocolate. Once the bananas and applesauce are frozen, remove them from the freezer and allow to thaw slightly. Put the creamer, mint leaves, kelp, vanilla, and slightly-less-than frozen banana and applesauce in i high-powered blender and blend until thoroughly combined. Stir in nearly all the chocolate chunks and serve immediatley. Garnish with fresh mint and the rest of the chocolate.
