V\u00e4rm en stekpanna, h\u00e4ll i oljan och sedan l\u00f6ken. Tills\u00e4tt \u00e4ggen och r\u00f6r om tills de just stannat. S\u00e4tt d\u00e5 till riset och stek ytterligare i tre minuter. Blanda i havssalt, japansk soja, furikake och persilja. Ta av pannan fr\u00e5n plattan och l\u00e5t svalna till kroppstemperatur. Rosta noriarken n\u00e5gon sekund p\u00e5 en varm kokplatta, f\u00f6rdela riset p\u00e5 arken s\u00e5 att det hela kan rullas ihop s\u00e5 h\u00e5rt som m\u00f6jligt. L\u00e5t rullen ligga p\u00e5 skarven, s\u00e5 den &#8221;l\u00e4ker&#8221; ihop. Flytta \u00f6ver rullen till ett varmt uppl\u00e4ggningsfat och sk\u00e4r varje rulle i tio munsbitar.
