H\u00e4ll \u00f6ver algspadet och str\u00f6 sesamfr\u00f6n eller riven ost \u00f6ver. Gr\u00e4dda frestelsen sedan i 200 grader i cirka 40 minuter. Wakame \u00e4r en torkad japansk brunalg som liksom tofu finns att k\u00f6pa i en v\u00e4lsorterad h\u00e4lsokostbutik.
