Sk\u00f6lj wakamealgen och l\u00e5t den ligga i bl\u00f6t i vattnet 5 minuter. Skala och strimla l\u00f6ken. Skala  och skiva moroten. Ta upp algen ur vattnet som sparas till buljongen. Strimla algen. Koka upp bl\u00f6tl\u00e4ggningsvattnet med l\u00f6k och alger. L\u00e4gg i den skivade moroten och l\u00e5t koka i 15 minuter. R\u00f6r ut mison i lite av buljongen. Ta soppan fr\u00e5n plattan och r\u00f6r ner mison och smaka av med umbushi och eller mirinvin. Str\u00f6 \u00f6ver purjol\u00f6k. Extratips. Koka g\u00e4rna en fond p\u00e5 wakamealger, vatten och strimlad l\u00f6k som f\u00e5r koka en till tv\u00e5 timmar. L\u00e5t fonden svalna och f\u00f6rvara i kylen. Den h\u00e5ller sig cirka en vecka.
