H\u00e4r kommer Laminariapickles. 50 cm Laminariablad, f\u00e4rska rensade fr\u00e5n p\u00e5v\u00e4xt och sk\u00f6ljda. 1 matsked strimlad ingef\u00e4ra, 2 matskedar grovt strimlad morot, marinad: 1 dl soyas\u00e5s, 3 matskedar vin\u00e4ger, 3 matskedar sak\u00e9, !\/2  tesked honung. Laminarian sk\u00e4rs i smala bitar. Blanda ihop alla ingredienserna i en burk. F\u00f6rslut v\u00e4l och l\u00e5t st\u00e5 i 3 dagar. Dulsesoppa, 1 dl torkad r\u00f6dsallad (Rhodymenia palmata) 4 dl t\u00e4rnada mor\u00f6tter, 1 l vatten, 1 tsk miso. Hacka dulsen v\u00e4l. Koka mor\u00f6tterna n\u00e4stan mjuka. Tills\u00e4tt dulsen. Koka 10 minuter.
