Kelp is all  rich in essential minerals, trace elements, amino acids and vitamins. It is interesting to be reminded of our common origins, by the fact, that  kelp has almost the  same proportion of minerals as the human blood.  In addition to minerals, such as, iodine and iron, kelp contains trace elements, which can  make a difference  in Human health. These trace elements include zinc, boron, chromium, selenium, and tin to name a few. Moreover, kelp contains a high level of vitamins and particularly vitamin B12, a vital nutritional element, usually found only in meat.
