Bryt s\u00f6nder algerna och l\u00e5t dem ligga i vattnet 10 minuter. H\u00e4ll sedan bort bl\u00f6tl\u00e4ggningsvattnet och hacka algerna. S\u00e4tt ugnen p\u00e5 225 grader. Skala och hacka l\u00f6ken. Fr\u00f6s l\u00f6ken mjuk i oljan p\u00e5 svag v\u00e4rme. Sk\u00f6lj, ansa och skiva tomaterna. R\u00f6r ner alger, keso, tomatpur\u00e9, kryddor och buljong. Smaka av med salt. Str\u00f6 i del av den rivna osten i det f\u00f6rgr\u00e4ddade pajskalet. F\u00f6rdela f\u00f6rst l\u00f6kfr\u00e4set och sedan majskorn i pajskalet. L\u00e4gg tomatskivor och oliver ovanp\u00e5 och str\u00f6 \u00f6ver resten av  osten. Gr\u00e4dda i mitten av ugnen 20 minuter.
