Torka dom tills de \u00e4r spr\u00f6da och krossa dem till sm\u00e5 flingor. F\u00f6rvara dem luftt\u00e4tt i dubbla plastp\u00e5sar, om du vill spara en sommarsk\u00f6rd till hela \u00e5ret. Om du har hela alger, finhacka dem eller k\u00f6r dem i hush\u00e5llsmaskinen. Om du k\u00f6per  dem, finns till exempel, green nori flakes, dulse, shredded kombu. Hacka l\u00f6ken, stek den l\u00e4tt i sm\u00f6r utan att bryna. Tills\u00e4tt algerna, stek mycket l\u00e4tt i 1 a\u00b4 2 minuter. Tills\u00e4tt riset, r\u00f6r om och tills\u00e4tt vattnet, kokande. Koka f\u00e4rdigt som vanligt: svag v\u00e4rme, lock, 18-20 minuter (eller ugn 200 grader). F\u00e5r inte koka f\u00f6r l\u00e4nge.
