Algae and fibres

The food fibres constitute the major part of algae, this fact bring vitally important for treatment of diseases caused by modern way of life and the ones the primitive peoples do not suffer from: these are the diseases caused partly by small consumption of food fibres – the basic stuff for intestinal bacteria – and partly they come to be the result of too long foods holding in the intestinies. The marine algae process the useful substances which the world ocean is so rich of. This is the reason why we can regard red algae as the real historically primary product. Land plants grow on the exhausted soils (up to three yields annyally), and as a result vegetables grown on land are not usually as rich in nutritious substances as they were in past.
